Return Policy old

At Tiny Girl, our priority concern is the satisfaction of our clients. We want you to get what you pay for and to that end, we allow for no shortfalls or inconsistencies. Your product will be precisely what you see and read on our website and any discrepancies in the same shall be remedied by us as swiftly as possible. We work closely to provide you with the most accurate information given to us by our seller (including pictures/descriptions). We here at Tiny Girl facilitate the entire process to make your experience as pleasant as possible. We have a 15-day exchange policy. Contact us and our representative shall pick up the product at a time and place convenient for you. However, there are certain criteria that need to be followed in order to facilitate the return. These are:

  1. Return/Exchange must be made within 15 days.
  2. Refund will be granted after 30 days, once all the checking of the returned garment is done. 
  3. The garment will only be accepted returned if you have sent a video proof taken while the unboxing of the package by email. 
  4. Product must not be damaged. Damage resulting due to improper shipping and handling will not be accepted here.
  5. The particular brand packaging i.e. the box in which the product is delivered, must be intact and returned along with the product.
  6. All tags and labels present on the product at the time of receipt must be in place.

 

Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your luxury purchase. If failing to do so, due to any condition you can get your product exchanged for another. However, there are certain criteria that need to be followed in order to facilitate the exchange. These are:

  1. Request for exchange must be made within 15 days. 
  2. Product should be unused, unworn and undamaged in any way.
  3. The particular brand packaging i.e. the box in which the product is delivered, must be intact and returned along with the product.
  4. All tags and labels present on the product at the time of receipt must be in place.
  5. Any price adjustment is expected to be accepted at your end with the shipping of the new requested product.
